Mindfulness Program for Schools

School Resilience Programs

Our accredited, award winning and evidence-based school resilience program is age-related and is offered to P-12 students and staff.

Our program uses the R.A.I.N model which includes strategies to further develop emotional intelligence and personal resilience in both children and adults. These tools will support the process of managing uncomfortable emotions/thoughts, building positive mindsets and nurturing strong connections.

Our program uses a cross-curricular approach with activities from a wide range of subject areas to maximise engagement for the participants

The aim of the school resilience program is to further develop emotional intelligence, build personal RESILIENCE and maximise performance helping both children and adults realise their full potential and live a fulfilling life.

Our program is accredited with the Queensland College of Teachers. It is also secular and has strong links to school’s values and the Australian curriculum.
