About Zen Ed
ZenEd offers RESILIENCE and Wellbeing programs at Early Learning centres, Schools and Corporates.
Our accredited, evidence-based and award winning programs aim to develop emotional intelligence, build personal resilience and maximise wellbeing and learning/performance. Helping children and adults realise their full potential and live a fulfilling life.

What is resilience?
When we talk about resilience, we mean a person’s ability to cope with the ups and downs of life. It also encompasses how a person deals with the challenges they might face throughout their childhood and adulthood.

Why is resilience important?
Resilience is important mostly for our brain health. It is a life skill we take with us into adulthood. It is thought that the more resilient a person is, the better equipped to deal with life’s pressures and to overcome obstacles.

What are the main goals of the resilience programs?
Our accredited programs use the R.A.I.N model, offering strategies to develop emotional intelligence, build personal resilience and maximise wellbeing and learning/performance.

Goal 1: Regulate - Increasing the ability to regulate our thoughts/emotions e.g. stress management.
Goal 2: Awareness - increasing the ability to recognise our thoughts/emotions and personal beliefs/values.
Goal 3: Inquiry - increasing the ability to use responsive behaviour (instead of reactive) to ucomfortable thoughts/emotions and strengthen positive mindsets e.g. growth mindset
Goal 4: Nurture connections – increasing the ability to recognise thoughts/emotions in others. Building strong connections with empathy and compassionate communication.

What can we expect from the resilience programs?
